Robson Realty LLC is dedicated to home buyers. Our company does not list homes or property for sale (although we have access to all homes for sale through the MLS and most for sale by owners) but have chosen to represent buyers exclusively. This means we are here for you, the home buyer....unlike the real estate agent or company that lists homes for sale and represents the seller, we will represent you 100% of the time regardless of who has the property for sale. Your confidential information will stay confidential and, because we do not take listings, there is never a chance that the sellers’ agent will accidently overhear or see information they should not know because they share the same office.

Bob Robson, broker/owner of Robson Realty LLC, began his real estate career in 1993 after many years in the construction business. He became an exclusive buyer’s agent in 2002 after seeing a definite need to eliminate any question as to whom he was representing and, since that time, has represented home buyers 100% of the time. (An exclusive buyer’s agent is a real estate agent who does not list property for sale and works in a company where no one in that company takes listings or represents sellers or as a facilitator.) He started his own company to be completely dedicated to the home buyer. Bob is an Accredited Buyer’s Agent, and Exclusive Buyer’s Agent (Broker), a member of the National Association of Realtors, Grays Harbor Board of Realtors, Northwest Multiple Listing Service, REBAC, National Association of Exclusive Buyer’s Agents, Chamber of Commerce and Washington Association of Realtors. He has attained many awards for excellence but his most valued recognition is the fact that his clients refer their friends and family to him for their real estate needs.

In the past, in his spare time, you could find Bob coaching girls’ fastpitch softball. He was Washington State President for the American Fastpitch Association and was honored to take several teams to International Tournaments and State Tournaments. Recently, however, he has discovered the world of golf and you can find him out on the course improving his game whenever he gets the chance. He even takes the grandchildren out in the yard and is introducing them to the sport
